Files uploaded to my public_html directory not showing up online

Hello, I uploaded some sample "hello world" html files to my site, but when I open them up in my browser I get a 404 error message.

http://judanni.x10.mx/hello.html and http://judanni.x10.mx/Helloworld.html both do not open.

I searched all over the forums but no one seems to be having the same problem as I am. Can you please help me?

If I navigate to your main homepage then I see Server Error. I can also see that your server is Lotus.
It appears that websites on the server 'Lotus' are currently displaying Server Error. The administrators have been notified.

Figured I'd give you a heads up that I am able to see "Hello!" when I open up http://judanni.x10.mx/hello.html . The second address gives a 404 error.
