it seam hat support staff are only responding to a small amount of post how can you call this support also surely allowing users to post replies to other post would make it more helpful system

Staff members will reply to any support tickets that they are able to answer. They will attempt to answer as many support tickets as they can to their best ability. Obviously bigger problems will require more higher-end staff, maybe even administrators which there are obviously less of.

I see that you have reported a problem related to Softaculous. From what I gather, only administrators are able to solve this problem - that's why you don't have any replies yet as there are only 3 admins.

Along with this, we're working on moving to a system that will better allow us to manage all the requests we get. We get such a vast amount, it's simply impossible to answer them all.
