Error establishing a database connection

Hi,

I'm getting "Error establishing a database connection" message when I tried to view my site (http://www.farkhof.tk), or login to my WordPress.

When I tried to log into control panel (hosted at chopin), I got the following message:

Sorry for the inconvenience!

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been
temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove
any files not in use on that partition.

Can you advise if the issue is being investigated at the moment?

It appears all users on the server 'Chopin' are experiencing this problem when trying to access cPanel. This is out of your control and you will need to wait for an administrator to fix this problem - this is not related to your individual disk space because of course it is unmetered.

As a side-effect it also appears MySQL is offline.
