Can I upload PDFs of college question papers?
Hello, I am a college student from India.
I am thinking of creating a sort-of-social-network-website for my college. I also want to make it useful in more ways than one; one of them is being able to download previous years' question papers.
My question is: can I upload the PDFs of the question papers so that my fellow college students (users of my site) can download them? The files are legal, of course.

You can upload PDFs to your website if you want as long as you own all copyright and follows the terms of service (ie. no adult content, etc). Your PDFs must also be related to your website; you will need to add a link to the PDFs on your site.

The files are legal, you say? Think again. They're not your creation; you don't hold copyright in them, and no, you're not free to distribute them.
