Out of Disk Space

I'm trying yo upload files, it says i'm out of disk space, i also can't view cpanel because i'm 'out of disk space'

I haven't even uploaded anything to be out of space?

This message is appearing to everybody who is attempting to login to Starka cPanel. This is out of your control and only administrators have the ability of fixing it.
