suspension

hi my acount has been suspended but when i go to suspensions in my account its not listed allowing me to unsuspened. f its due to not loging into the forum i was going to set it up on prime today as i need access alot at the moment.
I will also be upgrading it to a paid account soon
Is it possible to get it unsuspended please and direct me how to set it up on prime please

dont worry i decided to upgrade to the paid premium service just paid and waiting for the account to be migrated. was just having problems getting it to work for me one min it was suspended next it was not loading correctly.
