Can't access my domains main page

I need help

I have this domain http://testlearning.pcriot.com And when I try to access it it says


"404 Error

The file or directory you have requested was not found on the server. Common reasons for this error:

• Incorrectly spelt file or directory.
• The file or directory was removed. "

I have some sub folders there. And I can access 2 of them

http://testlearning.pcriot.com/magento and http://testlearning.pcriot.com/test/

But can't access the others. I made a home page and uploaded it to the main domain but Because of this error I can't access it also.

Kindly help me to solve this.

where did you put the home page you uploaded? It should be in /home/YOURCPANELUSERNAME/public_html

I made new folders to check but I can't even access them also.
I am building a site now. Because Of this problem it's getting delayed.
