HI,

I had deleted my file by mistake and that was very important file and i don't have any back software uploaded in my control panel, I am really confused and i want that file it's really important.

I really don't have too much knowledge regarding hosting accounts and my English is also week, please help me and forgive me for any mistakes.

It is not x10Hosting's responsibility to take backups of your files - it is your responsibility.
x10Hosting does not keep backups of any files because that is not part of it's free service.
You can backup by transferring your files by FTP or attempt to get a compressed archive of public_html and download it.

When a file is deleted here, I'm sorry, but it's gone for good. Unless you have a backup to upload, then there's nothing else that can be done.
