Addon domain not working (Server error)

I registered a free hosting account (hren.x10.mx) and added an Addon domain (saunahren.eu) pointing to public_html. I have DNS servers set to ns(1-4).mydomain.com pointing to shared IP for the account (184.154.58.130 - lotus). When i try to reach the webpage with saunahren.eu or saunahren.hren.x10.mx i get a page with:
Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.
If the issue persists, create a support ticket.
I am managing another account set exactly the same and it works fine.

Hi,

The hren.x10.mx is linked to another forum account. Please post using that account

And saunahren.eu is pointing to x10hosting using A record but It didn't added as addon domain in hren.x10.mx .
