Need more diskspace on my hosting. Now its limited to 500MB

I need help!!

I have reached almost the limit of 500 MB. Now I get errors when I'm working on mine website.

I thought that x10hosting was UNMETERED. When I searched your forums I found Some Updates. Their the explained that Unmetered means: no setting of a limit, as long you do not break the rules outlined in the terms of service.

But its a pity that there is no option where I can click for a unmetered disk space, neither there is an email adress.

Can anybody help me to get Unmetered disk space.

@calistoy - I have been chatting with a-amin30 on the IRC. He knows about the country restrictions and is waiting for staff to remove them, as his account has apparently been active for over 7 days.

@calistoy - I don't know. He said he wanted to know why he had 500MB instead of Unmetered and I told him to create a support ticket if it has been 7 days so staff could review the site and lift the limits. I don't have his domain.

I advise that you read the link I gave you more carefully. You must have a working site that complies with TOS in order for your account's limits to be lifted. So far, I only see the default index.html that is included in all new hosting accounts. If your site's page is located other than index.html, then please redirect it to your site. Otherwise, delete the index.html and upload your own.
