Trying to make new website. Server Error?

Hello,

I have two websites on here so far, love the service!

Im trying to add another, and my hosting account is being verified, I've sat for awhile, and I tried to send a help request and I'm getting a connection server error! Help please!!

How can you have two websites here when your hosting account isn't verified?

My bad, grammar error. I have two accounts, I have one for my school http://newhopeknights.co.cc and my new one, with my new account, will not complete hosting signup

Please read the following in the Terms of Service that you read and agreed to when you signed up:

Each individual is allowed ONE account only.

If you as an individual, if you have more than one accounts then one/both of them will be suspended.
