Filemanager Data Files, Email Accounts Missing! And Everything has been Reset!

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just logged into my account today and found that all the files that I have hosted have been deleted and the folders are missing. When I try to create a new folder. and Error message occurs "You can not create a folder as "vin4yakp" doesn't exist. I have not got any notifications about this action and the last login was by me only.

So I really have no clue what has happened over here? Please look into this matter ASAP. Waiting for your reply.
