They are server statistics. Jackmunch is a server similar to Chopin, Boru, Stoli, etc except he does not host any free hosting accounts. Jackmunch hosts the entire account database, the Account Information Panel, and I think he hosts the main x10Hosting website itself.

bit of a correction -- jackmunch is the backend that ties in our custom account panel and the forum account with your cpanel hosting account. As for how this affects you, it really doesn't. You can pretty much ignore that stat line as it doesn't tell you any useful information unless you start having issues with your account panel.
