I am considering to get premium, however the last few days I'm experiencing nothing but problems.
First my FTP does no longer work, now the website is no longer accesseble.

If you can guarantee me that these problems would no longer be in place, I would like to get Premium, however the matter is getting really urgent.
If this can not be solved in a small amount of time I will be forced to look for a new host (my client needs the website to be online asap...).

At the moment things apear to be normal again, however FTP issue still remains... I hope this can be solved soon (its a bit difficult to upload file per file...
