    Have I got it, if not what is:

    Warning: phpinfo() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/nttx/public_html/catalog/zc_install/includes/phpinfo.php on line 11

    and

    why can i not view my account settings?

    There are no "levels" or "versions" of PHP here anymore. That stopped a long time ago. Everybody gets the same PHP.

    phpinfo and some other functions have been disabled or restricted (ie they can only be used in certain ways) for security/resource reasons. They cannot/will not be enabled on a per account basis.
    Nothing is always absolutely so.

    OK, so where might one find what is or not enabled, what version of PHP, etc... is supported?
