Hi, have you checked the domain settings for redranks.com in your cPanel and on your domain registrar? It seems it can't even communicate with the server. Boru has no issues.

I've done a trace on your domain, it isn't linked with x10hosting, it goes to server.justica.info

theres a domain redirection at control panel http://www.redranks.com/$1 ,I haven't add that ,also I cant remove it ,plz check it

Is this IP (69.175.121.66) belong to x10hosting?
It seems boru server have dns issue

That's the right IP, my guess is it's taking time for the DNS cache to actually update at some trace locations given that we've recently done chassis swaps on some of the servers, so the IP's have changed. 69.175.121.66 is boru, but at Network-Tools they think it's server.justica.info when it's not, although the IP itself is correct.

I'm going to bet part of it is DNS propagation preventing it from loading correctly for all viewers. I'm looking into this further to see if there's anything that'd cause it to fail otherwise though, cause other sites on boru are working fine for me.

Got it working
I have got full backup , then deleted my domain from Addon domain (and deleted all direcrotys belong to it)
and re added domain to Addon domains

PHP files not loading ,HTML files working fine

there should be PHP issue
I have uploaded sample php file to my main domain (shamax.x10.mx) and checked ,not working

Changed PHP version : PHP 5.3.8 (cgi-fcgi) to PHP 5.2.17 (cgi)
NOW its working
