today I received this message in spite of I open my account every 2 days:
x10Hosting Account Inactivity Suspension Warning
"x10Hosting has an inactivity policy that will soon affect your hosting account smbt. We require all users to access our forums and login at least once per month. At this time, your x10Hosting forum account masoodbitaraf64 has been inactive for 35 days."
What does it mean and what should I do?

That message is telling you that you forum account is inactive and that you should login asap or your hosting account will be suspended. Logins to your account panel and cPanel do not count as activity. That message clearly says what the policy is for activity that I just repeated back to you. You haven't logged into your forum account since 09-24-2011 03:09 AM. Please login ASAP.
