FTP access

Hi,

I have created an FTP account, but I can't access to my site using it. This is the connection log:

I have checked and the user/password are the ones I have established at the control panel. What is happening?

Could you try creating a FTP user through cPanel and try to login using it? This would help diagnose the problem.

Now it seems to work, after I have changed all my passwords from one same plage (I don't remember how I reached that page). Thanks nonetheless.
