Lotus Server / FTP 552 Disk Full error

Hi Team.
I opened this ticket last time but nobody answered or resolved it: http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/171900-lotus-server-ftp-552-disk-full-error.html

Anyway, I have the same error.
I'm on Lotus server and I continue to get a 552 Disk Full error when I'm using my FTP software.
Could you please investigate or at least, tell me how I can do or help for this issue?

I see many posts with the same 552 error.
Do the admins know this issue?
Can they resolve it and do they have an estimated time of resolution?

On my side, this issue appeared around ten days ago?

Bad luck!

Two days ago, I thought that this issue was resolved. (I could access to the FTP and could upload some files.)
But today, I have the same issue and the same 552 Disk Full error.

Is there anything that we can do for resolving definitively this issue?
At least, I would like to know what is happening and how this issue could be resolved.

This issue is coming from multiple users on Lotus abusing our services, mostly by hosting a large amount of illegale files (i.e. mp3s, movies, downloads, etc) that take up alot of space, and fill up the server quite quickly. We're working on tracking down and removing these offenders.

Nevertheless, it's a pity that the users who respect the TOS (I believe that I'm one of these ones) are impacted by these abuses.

The error will be fully resolved over the next couple of days... there is a lot of maintenance that is being done. The amount of accounts makes it a slow process though.

I checked a new time, and what I don't understand is that I can upload some files with the "CPanel File Manager" whereas I can't do it via FTP.
So, is the "warez" hypothesis is the good one, or the issue is localized only on a FTP issue?
