Problem creating and deleting sub domains

Firstly, thanks very much for the free web hosting, very helpful for my testing.

I have a problem in the control panel, when creating or deleting subdomains. I could create my first subdomain but when deleting it later I got an error and also on subsequent attempts of creating subdomains

Error is:

There was a problem creating the sub-domain.
