    Question Maximum MySQL Databases

Upon trying to create a new MySQL database, I'm given an error saying that I've exceeded my maximum capacity... however I have 0 at the moment, having deleted my previous databases. Then when I went back in to the page to try again, it says that the name I've specified already exists... but still no databases are shown in the list. Help?
