DNS NSSET for .cz domain

Hello,
I would like to change DNS for my domain tendenza.cz to x10hosting DNS (ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com) but registrar wants from me more infos: either existing NSSET (???) or new one. In the second case I need to provide NSSET ID, Tech. contact, Auth. password (ID), Report level and first then name of name servers incl. glue record (is it for ns1.x10hosting.com 99.198.122.2 and for ns2.x10hosting.com 69.175.6.6 ?). I have already other 2 domains by x10hosting.com (zkotachov.eu and jirsoft.eu), but it looks like by the .cz domain is the DNS setting different...

The NSSET is X10HOSTING
