Disk Space limited to 1 GB

I would like to know, why my account has been limited with 1 GB of Disk Space, i had unlimited. No annoucements or e-mails we're sent...

Due to a recent policy change we made to help control abusive accounts, we are initially offering 1 GB of space, with a possibility of unlimited space for accounts in good standing. You will have to request the upgrade in the support section (here).

I had this account for more than month and i didn't abused. Am i allowed to ask for upgrade now?
