Hi,everytime i try to access to my website through the shared ip(69.175.122.178) the server redirect me to this webpage:http://69.175.122.178/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
I followed the instruction to try to resolve it,but with no success...How can i solve this problem?

Simple.
In shared hosting you cannot access an individual account via the IP by typing it into the address bar/clicking on a link.

Because if i ping my site i obtain this ip 69.175.122.178 and i need the ip of my site to access through Arduino(it require an array of 4 bytes).
It had worked untill the end of september and now i don't know how to access again to the site...

That is the IP of your server. What IP were you using before? Does it fail to work with 69.175.122.178 ?

That is the same ip that i have used all the time(arduino and browser access) and now,as you can see, the server redirect me to page of the first post...
I am just me
when you go to the IP alone the server would have no idea which site to show as there's a few thousands to chose from.
However, something that MAY work is http://69.175.122.178/~yourcpanelnamehere (no guarantee, it has not worked when I tested previously for free hosting)

Could you explain me why it had worked and now no?
Should I buy an unique ip to have it work?

With free hosting we don't offer a dedicated IP, but that should indeed work.
As far as I know, using the IP alone would never have worked in a shared hosting environment, for the reasons stated: there's several sites using the same IP so the server would then not know what to show.
It is possible that the option http://69.175.122.178/~yourcpanelnamehere did work for a brief time while some things were being configured during the latest maintenance, but has never really been an offered option for free hosting.
