FTP problems

I was searching around couldnt find any anwser, or maybe i wasnt looking hard enought.

My problem is i tried to acces to my FTP with 3 different clients and none of them work,

I am able to log in to the FTP but i cant see my folders, no public_html and the others, same at subbdomains

I completed all the steps at the hel guide but nothing

Could please someone give me a hint what im doing wrong?

Have you disabled read and write permission on your ftp account?
