php mail not working still on stoli

php mail not working still on stoli
last mail that seemed to work was 30th oct

Have tried different php mail scripts no joy in sending mails never received.
Using roundcube gives this error no matter what mail addresses are used.

When sending mail via mozilla that works no problem
Using google apps for mail
