Confirmation Email Resend Not Working.

I have had a x10hosting account for about 3 years now. My hosting expired a few years ago but I now plan to reuse it again. The accounts page is asking me to confirm my email address but when I click 'Resend confirmation email' I do not receive the email. I have been waiting for the email for about 2 days now and have been clicking the resend button a few times today. I have checked to ensure my email was correct and have even tried another email address with no hope. Is there any current problems or is there another way I can activate my account.
