Forum Account - Unable to Sign In

Hi
I have an issue regarding of my user account for the forum that is given to me when I sign up for the xhosting website. Some how when I sign in on the forum it say its not registered and doesn't let me get into the forum. When I check x10hosting account management it show that my forum account is active. Somehow my website account and the forum account are not properly link.

This support thread posted just fine in the free hosting support forum, so the accounts are definitely linked. Could you try logging into your forum account again?
