AddOn Domains

Hi, I use the AddOn domains in the cPanel, and already set it up including the X10hosting "Name servers" but still I cant use it. when I typed the domain name to the URL area I get this message "Server Error
There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.If the issue persists, create a support ticket."

Please help..

Look in the address bar when you get to that server error page. Does it say that it's default.cgi? If so, then you'll need to allow the cPanel to sync up with the new addon domain info so it can serve up the correct page. It may take about 24 hours to do complete. In the meantime, clear your browser's cache before checking up on it again.
