Your site doesn't fulfill the language requirement as outline in the TOS. Also, do you have the redistribution rights to all of the music you are providing for free download? Also, does that music uploader allow anyone to upload music to your site? Then that violates TOS with the uploading and sharing of copyrighted or third-party content hosting. All of this is not allowed here.

Should you choose to make a new account in the future, please read the TOS BEFORE marking the box that says "I have read and agree to abide by the TOS" as there's lots of information in there that would prevent problems like this one.
