How do I install Wordpress and Drupal

Hi I tried to use Your web tools - Softtilious but I got an error. Please can you advise what I need to do?

Softaculous has been broken for some time, and when it's worked has been known to completely mess up some installs. I would recommend ignoring it and installing things manually.
