    There is no "reset" for hosting accounts here. Have you tried fixing your main domain name as it looks like there are two x10hosting domain extensions on it? You can change it in your account panel: https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php

    Other than that, what else are you have trouble with in your hosting account? Please be more specific about it so that we can help you troubleshoot it.
