That has nothing to do with your hosting account's space usage. That only says that the server itself is too full for anyone to upload anything to their accounts. To find your hosting account's amount of space being used, login to your account panel and look at your hosting details. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php If it doesn't say it there, then login to your cPanel. It'll definitely have it listed in the left side of the cPanel.

You can re-request the lifting your disk space limits after you've used at least 500MB of space in your account.
