(Completed) Stoli1 week ago
We will be doing a chassis swap on Stoli this evening to bring it in line with the SSD\SAS setup like the rest of the free servers. More updates will be posted as we get closer to doing the swap, configurations and files are being copied now but should have no impact on services.
We will be starting the IP swap and final file migration, this will cause temporary downtime and updates will be posted here. @ 11PM EDT
Services are back online, this will remain in progress for the next 48 hours while additional changes are made. A few minor outages should be expected but no prolonged downtime. @ 1AM EDT.
We are having issues with the LUN for this server, we are going to take it offline to perform an FSCK to be on the safe side. Updates will be posted here. @1:51AM EDT.
FSCK is still running, we are monitoring the progress. Once it has completed web services will be restored. @ 5:38AM EDT
Services are back online, the FSCK completed and we are monitoring for any issues.
Well heads up there is an issue mail not being sent.
Would be nice for someone to at least comment on the issue and not ignore it.
Support here has become very frustrating and really needs a whole rethink by x10 as too many unanswered posts.
If it can't be answered and fixed in the forum why is it not escalated.
