    paid hosting

    i just had a free hosting on my forum hacksrus.x10.mx aand i upgraded to premium hosting but i dont know how to transfer the paid hosting onto my free hosting can anyone help

    I'm sorry, but isn't it the other way around if you've upgraded? To transfer your free site to your paid one? If it is, then go to the paid clients site and create a support ticket there to request this. Please be sure to include your free hosting details in the request, and it'll be manually transferred over. Here is the client page: https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php

    You should've included your cpanel username in the order, and it'll be automatically transfered over.

    Try logging into your paid hosting account's cPanel, and then take a look. You should be able to check the filemanager there.

    The system automatically creates a support ticket to handle the request, so you should see that pop up within a few days. If it doesn't, just open a ticket asking about it.
