    Have I reached my limit?

I just tried to re-upload my main page, index.htm, with a minor code change and I received a message that the disk is full. I just read about the policy change. So, essentially, my whole web page is gone because no one is going to save the secondary pages as bookmarks. I chose x10 because it was unlimited. I know I am going to use a lot of disk space. How do I at least get my main page back without deleting anything? Am I going to have to shop around for another server again? I don't peddle warez or porn or mp3's. Everything on my site is necessary to promote my band. Please help. Thank you.

No, the "disk is full" message is a system message, nothing to do with your account directly. The storage space that you're sharing with everybody is full (or nearly full) at the moment, and it will take the staff some time to delete temp files, error logs (and, no doubt, clean up some accounts that are in violation of the terms) in order to recover enough space for you to upload things. Please be patient.
