cloudflare problem

So..

I go into my cPanel and then Cloudflare, it asks me to sing up, but I already did that long ago, and even if i press the Signup button nothing happens... I can log trough the CloudFlare site, but it's not caching my site.. so i wanted to try from 0 again.

So i'm afraid if I deactivate CloudFlare from their site i'll not be able to use it again since i cannot even sign up from cPanel


help?
