Main Hosting Domain Modification Problem

For some reason, when I submitted the request to change my primary domain, it submitted it twice, one around 4pm and one around 7pm yesterday. I may have been penalized for submitting it twice, as a friend submitted only once, this morning and his request has been processed before mine has. It was a mistake to submit it twice, and I was wondering how long you expect it to take to process my request.
