I am wondering what did happen to my account, I got suspend issue. Would you please help me with these issue. I really need it back it's because all my college works I had saved them there.

shayneparker.x10.mx is linked to a different username; yours is currently showing as parker.x10.mx.

parker.x10.mx is one of my another hosting which i linked to shayneparker.x10.mx.

It's because I am new to use free hosting. First I did not know how to put index.html in the first page. I have 2 projects from my class which had 2 index.html. When I put 2 index into the same place, it came out error and it did not come out to what I want.

Then I decided to make new hosting and link it to my another one. I did not know I would get suspend because of that. What I have to do to get it back? I really want it back. If I lost it then I will definitely failed my class. You can check it by yourself in shayneparker.x10.mx.

Only the account linked to the domain shayneparker.x10.mx can request unsuspension to get it unsuspended; it's linked to a completely different username. In addition you're normally only allowed one account anyways.

In any case, I -can- say the shayneparker address was suspended for inactivity (failure to login to the forums once every 31 days as required by the TOS). If the account owner doesn't login and request unsuspension, it'll queue it for termination after 14 days suspended. We cannot provide the files on this account to you either as we cannot confirm the identity of the account holder.
