Database that I cannot delete

I have 2 databases visible in PHPMYADMIN - but when I view them in MYSQL databases I only see one. I would like to delete one but MYSQLADMIN does not allow Drop on the db. I can usually delete in MYSQL dbs on control panel but they are not listed. Any ideas?

Hi, did you create the other database using PHPMyAdmin it's self? If so, you will have to wait for an admin to reply and fix the issue.
