Confirmation email not working

After I login to control hosting I get this message:

Free Web Hosting
You currently do not have a free web hosting account under your x10Hosting client account.

Looking for your hosting account? You have one pending creation.

All that you need to do to create your hosting account is confirm your email address sharijl@gmail.com.

Click here to confirm your email address.

Probelm is that I never get the confirmation email to create the new free account. I have been doing this for several hours and sent at least 4-8 requests. I have confirmed that the email address that the message is sending to is correct ... sharijl@gmail.com and that the messages are not falling in the SPAM box. Can you please send this out from your end?
