Question about language.

Can someone explain me more?
1. Its possible to make other language and english only optional when someone set it?
2. When i use all english and my guests write comments in other languages i can got website suspended?
3. If first question its possible: other language can be deffault and enhlish optional or english must be in deffault ?

1: Yes, if the translation is a 1:1 manual (not automated, which tends to leave mistakes) translation.
2: Depending if they're breaking the TOS; you'll want to moderate their replies to ensure they're obeying the TOS and not providing links to warez and such.
3: As long as the translation is easy to locate, English/Spanish/French don't need to be the default.

As long as the sites content itself has an option to be translated to English, Spanish, or French, it will be fine. Guests can leave comments in any language they like.

Also, Google Translate is not an acceptable translation as it's an automatic translation - A manual translation of your content is required.
