HI, I have signup on 2 Nov 2011 and yet my hosting has not been activated (created). Today, i notice on the hompage of https://x10hosting.com/control/ a message saying system failure and all signups during that failure fails and should be submitted again.

Ticket cannot be created when there is no hosting. So, i come here at forum to request to activate my hosting.

You should go and try to sign up again. There is nothing in that message that says to create a support ticket. There is no account to activate or create unless you try to sign up again.
