Unable to access hosting account

Hi,

I'm unable (have never been able to on this one - previous one was deleted for inactivity) to log into my hosting account. I've tried resetting it a couple times, but it hasn't worked.

What specifically have you resetted a couple of times? Did you change or update your password in your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php? It will change or update your password for your account panel, forum account, and cPanel all at once to the same password.
