custom error pages not working

I created a 404, 403, and 500 custom page but somehow they are not working. my domain is thomastechsupport.com

Have you used your .htaccess file to set it to use your custom error pages instead of x10hosting ones?

No, I havn't thought to do that. Thank you, I'll check that right away. Also, thank you for your help with my last question. The domain is now my main domain.
