cPanel Page Does not opens

I am unable to login to cPanel. What's the reason? please inform me.

Are you logging in with the username 'destined' and the password you chose when you signed up?
Also, are you logging in through the page that appears when you log in to the account information panel, click 'Hosting' in the nav bar, and click the Log in to cPanel button?
Have you tried resetting your password from within the account information panel?
