Sorry but it'd not be possible to remove your Forum account. And for immediate termination you have to wait for some senior staffs reply because I'm not exactly sure on the rules regarding immediate termination.

I have deleted your account, you can sign up for a new hosting account by logging into your account panel with your email address and password, clicking Hosting at the top, and following the links there to sign up again.
