When I click on cloudflare in my cpanel, a page comes up to type in my email and agree to the terms for using cloudflare. The problem is, when I get to this page, when I try typing in My email, it does nothing. It won't allow me to type. When I click submit, it does nothing at all, like the whole cpanel app is completely empty.

How to I go about doing that?

If you use software like Ad-Blocker plus, it may prevent certain features of websites to work correctly. Usually, opening their related menu and selecting disable should disable them.

It seems to be a server problem, and I have notified an adminstrator of the problem. They should correct it as soon as possible.
