URGENT: MySQL DBs and Softaculous problems

Hello Admins,

I have a problem with my account, I don't know if it is a mis-configuration or what.

When I login the CPanel, I can see that I'm using 2/4 SQL Databases, but when I try to create a new one, I get this warning:

Warning: You are currently using the maximum number of MySQL databases. If you need more please contact your service provider.

I need assistance and clarification for this.

Second issue:

When I try to install Vanilla from the Softaculous to install I get this FATAL Error:

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

please fix.

Also, tried to install it from the source by downloading/uploading, I got the error below:

Fatal error: Class 'Gdn' not found in /home/sikas/public_html/freelancing/vanilla/bootstrap.php on line 47

Need assistance ASAP.

We are aware of the softaculous problems. As for MySQL, I'll check something.

Your account package only permits for 2 databases. To upgrade, either purchase a prime or illuminated package.
