SSH Disabled

I opened an account with you because I could use SSH remotely and access my MySQL Database remotely through MySQL Workbench, now suddenly my SSH has been disable. Could you check why??? I really need that option since I am testing some applications I am developing as a Student.

ssh, and remote mysql, has never been an offered feature of free hosting.

We're aware that mistakenly a few users may have had it turned on initially, which has been corrected.
